The history of ACQUAPROCESS\u00ae<\/h1>

From ingenuity to innovation: ten years of expertise in water treatment<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

It all began in 2013, when Pietro Cappello, an engineer and director of a company specialising in air treatment, was approached by an industrial client. The latter was forced to shut down its industrial process once or twice a year because its cooling towers regularly became clogged with limescale.<\/p>\n

Curious and passionate about technology, Pietro Cappello conducted his own research. He then discovered an old American patent consisting of remove limescale using ULF<\/strong> (Ultra Low Frequency). Convinced of the potential of this process, he decided to adapt and experiment with it.<\/p>\n

The first test is carried out in a renowned healthcare facility<\/a> near Nice. He quickly notices that the limescale is being effectively removed... sometimes even too quickly: the deposits are coming off en masse, causing disruption to the facilities and users (clogged heat exchangers, pumps, aerators, shower heads, etc.).<\/p>\n

Thanks to numerous adjustments and extensive research, the technology has been perfected. A patent has now been filed for a frequency application that guarantees scale treatment<\/a> without any negative consequences for installations or users.<\/p>\n

The next step was to find a name for this solution. Given that the initial problem arose from an industrial process and that the developments were carried out in a hospital environment, the name was obvious: ACQUAPROCESS\u00ae! Acqua (Italian for water) stands for health and purity (no chemicals), while Process stands for reliability and the ability of the systems to work in all sectors, including industrial.<\/a>.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>

A new generation (2023)<\/h2>\r\n\t

In 2023, Fabien Cappello (son of the founder) joined the ACQUAPROCESS\u00ae project. With 20 years of experience as a purchasing director in large corporations, he brings a strategic vision focused on innovation, digitalisation and the development of new markets.<\/p>\n

ACQUAPROCESS\u00ae has been around for over 10 years and intends to remain in business for the long term with the arrival of this new generation.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Based in Nice, the company already has more than 600 installations in France and Italy.
